Riviera at Freehold is a Beautiful Active Adult Community

At the main entrance, all are greeted by the sight of our “award winning clubhouse”. Housed within are the indoor pool and exercise facilities, billiards room, library, card rooms, ballroom, etc. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day the outdoor pool is enjoyed by all.

Residents participate in a myriad of activities, including tennis, bocce, bowling, golf, exercise classes, dance classes, chorus, movie nights, theme dinners, mahjongg, canasta, scrabble, card games, billiards and so many others.

Our Social Committee entertains us with parties, dances and bus trips, and does a great job of keeping us involved. Additionally, Clubs have been formed to meet our needs. We currently have Men’s and Woman’s Clubs, an Italian American Club, a Shalom Club, and a Page Turners Club.

The Riviera Ramblings is our newspaper. Published monthly, it informs the residents of all there is to know and do in our community. In addition, flyers are delivered to every home to enable residents to learn about and participate in special activities. This website keeps us up-to-date about all the activities in our community.

The Homeowners’ Association Board works with the following committees: Architectural Review, Building and Grounds, Clubhouse, Community Affairs, Finance, Rules and Regulations, Social and Website, which are made up of residents.

Our 300 home community was built by Toll Brothers, and the homes, landscaping and common areas are magnificent.

Living at Riviera is the life you want… and can have!

Riviera at Freehold Clubhouse

A Note to Visitors: Please use the Main Entrance on Jackson Mills Rd. Stay in the left lane, stop at the Call Box on the left side, just before the “Guard House”, and contact the resident that you are visiting. They will then be able to remotely open the gate for you.

Some GPS units take you to the Resident’s-Only “Back” entrance on Bergerville Rd., and there is no call box there to help you gain admittance… don’t go there.
